Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of eSIM products and services provided by Esibyte, a business operating from Canada, and accessible worldwide. By purchasing, activating, or using an Esibyte eSIM, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Esibyte provides digital eSIM connectivity plans enabling mobile data services through third-party telecommunications partners. Esibyte does not operate mobile networks and does not control network coverage, speed, or availability.

2. Device Compatibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your device:

  • Supports eSIM technology

  • Is unlocked

  • Is compatible with the selected plan

No refund will be issued for incompatibility.

3. Activation & Usage

  • eSIMs are delivered digitally

  • Activation occurs via QR code or manual installation

  • Plans activate upon first connection or installation, depending on the plan

Once activated, plans cannot be paused, transferred, or reused.

4. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are displayed in the selected currency.
Taxes, duties, or foreign transaction fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

Esibyte reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

5. Plan Validity & Expiry

Each eSIM plan has a defined validity period and data allowance.
Unused data expires once the plan validity ends.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law:

  • Esibyte is not responsible for:

    • Network outages

    • Speed variations

    • Coverage gaps

    • Local restrictions or regulations

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the eSIM.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
